End-of-Availability and End-of-Support Notification for DMS
LiveAction is announcing the end-of-support for the LiveAction DMS (Device Management System). There is no end-of-sale date as the DMS was included as part of LiveWire hardware purchases.

Current customers using DMS must migrate to LiveWire Grid on or before this date. |
The DMS is being replaced by LiveWire Grid, which provides improved capabilities over those offered by the DMS. LiveWire Grid requires the purchase of a license. Active DMS users (active as of November 1, 2023) will receive access to Grid. Any customer who wishes to begin using Grid to manage their LiveWire devices should contact their sales representative.
