LiveNX Upgrade Guide : Using LiveNX Upgrade Packages
Using LiveNX Upgrade Packages
Beginning with LiveNX version 21.4.0, upgrade packages are only available as .enc files. Previous versions supported a combination of .zip and .enc upgrade packages. For older installs wishing to upgrade to version 21.4.0 or higher, a mandatory two-step upgrade is required. Older installs must upgrade to a bridge version using a .zip upgrade package, then upgrade to the desired newer version using an .enc upgrade package. The available bridge versions are:
21.2.2
21.3.1
See the examples below on how to use the .zip and/or .enc files to upgrade LiveNX to the desired LiveNX version. See LiveAction Downloads Page for instructions on how to obtain LiveNX upgrade packages.
